Deposit Requirement: The policy of requiring a deposit is a standard practice observed by international hotels worldwide. This procedure is in place to ensure that our guests have a comfortable stay without any inconveniences should they wish to charge services to their room. By securing a deposit, we can allow guests to use hotel facilities without the immediate need for cash or credit cards for every transaction, and settle the amount upon check-out. Currency Exchange Limitations: I apologize for any difficulty you encountered regarding currency exchange. We enforce limits on cash exchange to ensure that every guest has the opportunity to exchange funds. This policy allows us to manage our resources effectively, especially during busy holiday periods, and ensure that all guests can access the cash they need without monopolizing exchange facilities. Hotel Facilities and Operating Hours: We sincerely regret that you did not find the information about hotel facilities and their operating hours readily available. Each guest room is equipped with a dictionary provided upon arrival, located on the table near the television. This dictionary contains comprehensive information regarding our hotel policies, hours of operation for various amenities, and recommended tours and attractions that guests may find useful during their stay.
