We had a great time at this hotel. We were welcomed at the reception with a drink and allowed to use the pool/showers ahead of our afternoon checkin, which was appreciated given that we came via overnight train. They made a really cute arrangement for my girlfriend’s birthday and the cake was delicious. Everything looked amazing inside and there’s beautiful views of the mountains/city. Lotsss of options for breakfast as well, so well worth the price if you’re interested. If you’re interested in going up on the Fansipan mountain (you should be, because this was our highlight in Sa Pa!), do yourself a favour and get the pass from the hotel reception. They will give you the skip the line pass plus escort at each change for almost the same price as buying online. The only thing I’d mention is that I wish they were more accommodating with checkin/out times as there was barely anyone people around, though this is a minor thing and we still had a great time.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel de la coupole! The guy at the reception whom I believe is the hotel’s front office manager made our stay incredible. My mom and I arrived Sapa early in the morning and the FOM gave us an early check in at around 8am. I emailed them weeks prior our arrival that my mom is celebrating her birthday and they gave us complimentary birthday cake and even designed the room with birthday greetings! One of the perks of staying in this hotel is when you book Fansipan tickets at the front desk, you will have a complimentary VIP access( no need to queue at the long lines). The breakfast buffet was also superb! Truly a wonderful experience and impeccable service. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Sapa

Thanks to Huyen at the reception for welcoming us at la coupole. We had already check-in which was highly appreciated as we arrived at 6:00am. We loved everything about the hotel. Service and food excellent. Take time to enjoy the swimming pool after a day hiking. Everyone made her feel very special.

Our experience at this hotel was amazing. We had a tiring trip to Sapa after 8 long hours. We arrived at the hotel very tired and exhausted. The staff there welcomed us and were very friendly and helpful, Vinh assisted us with an early check in at 10am. The view from the room was breathtaking and we couldn’t get enough of it! They were very helpful in arranging transportation for us to the places we wanted to go, which saved us a lot of time. Moreover, the floating breakfast is also one of the best attractions at the hotel. The experience of having breakfast in the pool next to the mountain scenery was magical. We really had a great time at the hotel and the service was really commendable, we will definitely come back to this hotel!

The view from the Absinthe bar is beautiful. The room was lovely although currently there is some construction going on around the hotel but thus did not cause us any issues. All of the staff who work here were so lovely. I would like to especially thank Vinh who was so helpful and really made everything so easy for us. A great spot to stay in Sapa!
