Most beautiful hotel just like in the pictures. Helpful staff, wonderful spa, large breakfast, bar with a large selection of drinks and fantastic view of the valley. This might be one of the nicest hotels we every stayed in. Can only recommend!

It's a really nice hotel. They do early check-in whenever possible and clean the room in the morning and evening. The staff is really friendly and feels treated. The bathroom is also very hygienic. I'll come by again next time. 정말 좋은 호텔입니다. 얼리체크인이 가능하면 해주고 아침, 저녁으로 룸청소도 해주십니다. 직원들도 정말 친절하고 대접받는 느낌이 듭니다. 화장실도 정말 위생적입니다. 다음에도 또 들리겠습니다.

Words can't describe how beautiful this hotel is in real life. It's really design focus and every spot of the hotel caters to nomad traveller looking for picturesque escape. The lobby is wonderfully appointed with French inspired elements adorning the entire lobby. The rooms are elegantly appointed and comfortable. I just love the oppulently designed French inspired rooms and still stands in my personal list as one of the best hotel's I have ever visited. I personally stayed in both the Deluxe and Executive Suite with family members staying in both Classic and Deluxe rooms and all rave reviews of the hotel. Special mentions to Mr Linh, Anh, Tina and Grace from the front office who took great care of our family during our stay. The Food and Beverage at the property under Chef Oliver helm is wonderful. The cuisine is excellent at Chic and Caco with wonderful drinks at the bar. We literally had every meal at the hotel as we did not want to venture out of the hotel for food. The team at Chic is great, special mentions to Loan and Si there. Loan is a great asset to the hotel honestly speaking. Overall, you can't go wrong choosing Hotel De La Couple when visiting Sapa. Peter and his wonderful team will take great care of you as the hotel is a great asset to the area around it. It was a wonderful second stay and I can't way to come back here for the third time. Can't stop reccomending this place to friends and family now.
