We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights on our recent holiday to this amazing city and were glad we chose it. It's in a great location very close to the metro with 3 different lines to take you anywhere in the city, and walking distance to the famous Gwangjang markets and Dongdaemum Design Plaza as well. As Accor Platinums we were kindly offered a room upgrade to a residence which was incredible and even had a washing machine and kitchen, along with a late checkout until 4pm on our day of departure as we had a night flight back to Australia, and an incredible free buffet breakfast daily. The gym was excellent and the pool very nice also. We enjoyed daily drinks in the club lounge with incredible views of Seoul and very good quality snacks. Staff were excellent. Highly recommended.

My reservation was for four nights for the residence studio room. It was absolutely better than the photos. The room amenities were perfectly useful (they even provide a rice cooking machine) so i am sure one can stay here more than a month without extra need. The staff in the residence part (reception downstairs by the entrance, housekeeping lady, cafe downstairs by the entrance, room service) was professional and always very polite with smiling faces. They were the best compared to other hotels i have seen in seoul. (Even JW) The best part was the room service food. Everything was delicious. Tips: -The hotel has an atm machine for international cards. In english, and works for every card (Europe).

comfortable stay. nice city view. Reception staff, who assisted in checking in David, was very helpful. He explained very well where we could find a shopping mall and satisfied our needs. Breakfast was also delicious.It was a pleasant trip.

I would like to express my appreciation for the assistance provided by Keena, a staff member at the hotel, during check-in. Due to flight changes, we were unable to secure the same room type we had initially booked. However, Keena went above and beyond to arrange for us to stay in the desired room type and even managed to negotiate a discount to upgrade our accommodations. This gesture created a wonderful memory for our entire family, including the elderly and children. We are truly grateful for Keena's exceptional service and the effort made to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Location is perfect, 5mins walk to mrt and shoppings. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. We stayed at the residence side, kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. Room is a bit small but the service and location made up for it. Highly recommended if u r looking for a place to stay in dongdaemun area.
