Отличное расположение, через дорогу мини-квартал с ресторанами и.. кафе (Ikseon-Dong), в пешей доступности дворец Кёнбоккун. Дружелюбный отзывчивый персонал. Из минусов: неудобные маленькие душевые.

The only thing to mention about this hotel is the location, everything else is disappointing

Hotel room is very dated looks like hasn’t had a make over for 20 years, beds were okay but that was about it. Hotel won’t use central air conditioning just to save money, the air smells stale once walking in the room. Breakfast was over charged

We recognize the need for improvements and are pleased to inform you that we are planning facility upgrades in 2025 to enhance our guests’ experience. 2. Our hotel operates with a central heating and cooling system, and during seasonal transitions like this, we do not run the air conditioning as outside temperatures are lower, and some guests may feel chilly. Fortunately, our rooms are designed with windows that can be opened to allow fresh air circulation from outside. it seems that we were unable to suggest this option for improved air quality in the room. Horrible, cramped and noisy. Was on 3rd floor. Lifts were ALWAYS full. Took about 4 lifts each time to squeeze 1 person in, couldn't fit luggage. Need a separate lift for those with luggage only. Water came up from drain in shower. Air-conditioning didn't work properly and had to go outside to cool down. Would never recommend to anyone.

During peak seasons, the increased number of guests can cause the elevators to become quite busy, resulting in longer wait times. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when traveling with luggage. While we currently have all elevators in operation during high-occupancy periods, we are exploring ways to improve the flow, including the possibility of designating a separate lift for luggage to make the experience more comfortable for our guests. Regarding the air conditioning, our hotel operates on a central heating and cooling system, which adjusts according to the external temperature. We understand this may not have provided the optimal comfort for you, and I apologize for any discomfort this may have caused. Hotel is in good location close to palaces, Buchon Hanok Village, and many eating places. Room is a bit small with a pretty tight bathroom and looks aged. Toiletries provided were only handwash and 2in1 body and hair. Some staffs were a bit unfriendly and had poor English while some were pretty good and efficient. Special shout to Joseph who was very welcoming and helpful.

This hotel was in a great location, just across the road from Ikseon-dong hanok village which was full of cafes and restaurants. Insadong is just a short walk away with loads of arts and other shops. It was only a 10 minute walk to Cheonggyecheon stream and an extra 10 minutes walk to Gwangjang market which offered delicious savoury and sweet pancakes amongst other delicacies. There is a traditional jjimjiibang (hot bath) in the basement alongside a fitness centre. This was a real bonus and we were able to use it after check out to freshen up before our late flight. We did struggle a bit with the air conditioning but were able to open the window to cool the room down. It is a noisy street though so we did have to close the window in order to sleep. Breakfast was a standard hotel buffet with some variations each day.
