호캉스를 하려고 동대문 노보텔에 예약을 했습니다! 체크인 할때부터 프론트 직원분께서 하나하나 설명을 친절하고 자세히 설명해주시더라구요 신웅님? 이셨던거같아요 손님응대가 굿! 아주 기분좋게 체크인을 할 수 있었어요 수영장은 숙소에 들어가서 예약을 해야하는 시스템이더라구요 저는 체크인을 하자마자 바로 해서 무난하게 예약을 했고 체크인 시간대 쯤에 예약을 했더니 2~3팀만있어 널널하게 놀 수 있었어요 노을 질 때쯤 수영장가시면 뷰가 더 이쁠꺼 같아요 참고!! 어딜가든 직원 분들이 응대를 잘해주시고 교통도 좋아 또 방문 할 의향이 있는 숙소였던거같아요~

노보텔 동대문 호텔에서의 경험은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 우선, 넓고 깨끗한 객실이 인상적이었습니다. 객실은 현대적이고 세련된 디자인으로 꾸며져 있어 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 침대는 매우 편안했고, 침구류도 고급스러워 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 또한, 객실 내 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어 머무는 동안 불편함이 없었습니다. 직원들의 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 모든 과정이 원활하게 진행되었고, 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 신경 써주었습니다. 특히, 문의사항이나 요청에 대해 신속하고 적극적으로 대응해 주어 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔의 조식도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 다양한 메뉴가 준비되어 있어 선택의 폭이 넓었고, 음식의 품질도 뛰어났습니다. 신선한 재료로 만든 요리들이 맛있었고, 식당의 분위기도 아늑해서 아침을 즐기기에 좋았습니다. 호텔의 위치 역시 큰 장점이었습니다. 동대문 지역에 위치해 있어 쇼핑과 관광이 매우 편리했습니다. 지하철역과도 가까워 서울의 주요 관광지로 이동하기에도 용이했습니다. 종합적으로, 노보텔 동대문 호텔은 훌륭한 숙박 경험을 제공해주었습니다. 객실, 서비스, 음식, 위치 등 모든 면에서 기대 이상이었으며, 다시 방문하고 싶은 마음이 들게 하는 곳이었습니다.

Nous avons réservés moi et mon mari et notre bébé de 4 mois. L’hôtel à des parc pour bébé. À notre arrivés à la chambre, il y avait une odeur de cigarette. Ils nous ont immédiatement changés de chambre. Nous avons essayée le déjeuner, il est correct. La chambre est bien mais pas idéale pour les gens sensibles au bruit. On entend tous les bruits extérieurs. Malheureusement la piscine extérieur sur le toit n’ est pas permise au enfant. Ils ont seulement accès à celle de l’intérieur (avec bonnet de bain obligatoire pour tous) et il faut réserver une période de baignade qui est environ 1:30. Il est proche du station de métro, restaurant, centre d’achats.

Nous sommes restées 3 nuits dans cet hotel qui nous a enchanté. L hotel tres bien situé mérite vraiment ses 5 etoiles. Le personnel à tous les postes(accueil, bar,salle petit déjeuner,femme de chambre,piscine ) est tres courtois professionnel et aux petits soins de sa clientèle internationale. L hotel sent bon partout, les chambres sont spacieuses,les vues du bar et de la salle du restaurant sont magnifiques sur Séoul et la montagne.Petit déjeuner qui va des classiques œufs bacon viennoiseries aux plats coréens avec soupes, kimchi et autres plats cuisinés qui contente toute sorte de clientèle. Ici les clients rencontrés affichent un sourire de contentement permanent du matin au soir. Merci pour ces 4 jours de rêve mon meilleur séjour dans un hôtel du groupe cela va être dur de retourner dans un autre hôtel.

Hotel tra le 4* e le 5 stelle, sito in una posizione comoda per visitare la città (metro a 5 mins), molto pulito e temperatura controllabile internamente. Il personale molto attendo alle esigenze e cordiale. Piscina al chiuso al ventesimo piano e la colazione purtroppo non l’ho provata. Nelle vicinanze dell’hotel ci sono 2 mini market e diversi ristoranti.
