It has been an amazing experience. We get preffered pillows and whatever extra things we needs. Highly courteous and helpful staff! Shout out to Arvind who served us meals in Zoya restaurant of this hotel. He was quite hospitable, lovely to chat with and also very attentive to our needs.

Nice experience, view is good. Cleaning very awesome and staff also friend and thanks for your clean rooms as awesome

In October this year, we travelled to Jaipur once again, for my wife’s birthday, to celebrate it at the Fairmont in Kukas, Jaipur. We were welcomed by some new and some familiar faces, and it felt wonderful to be back at a property we both love. As before, the hotel staff, especially the Guest Relations team, went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable, memorable and enjoyable one. This time, since we did not book the Gold Room, we got a chance to step away from the Gold Lounge and explore the cuisine offered at Zoya and Zarin instead. While our dining experience was very different at both restaurants, I can’t say I have a favourite among the two – both places are equally special and luxurious. We were welcomed with a beautiful ‘Welcome Back’ sign in our room, and a special handwritten card made by Manali from the Guest Relations team. She had also taken care, with the housekeeping team, to place a ‘make-your-own-ghewar’ kit in the room, along with a photo of my wife and me printed on a piece of chocolate. The Guest Relations team was also very proactive in offering suggestions as to how we could celebrate my wife’s birthday – the housekeeping team decorated the room, Manali and Harsh gave my wife a lovely frame with her photo in it, and a handmade card as well. The team at Zoya also decorated our table for dinner (something we both weren’t expecting), and it rounded up the celebrations of the day so beautifully. On the day we were to check out of Fairmont, Manali and Harsh gave us a beautiful memento of the hotel logo, the Fairmont parrot, as a keepsake. The team also planned with Rakshit from the Gold Lounge, who very kindly made us a cup of tea before we began our long road journey back to Delhi. Kudos to Pardeep and Shibbe from the pool team – they were very courteous and kept us well-fed whilst we spent time in the pool. On this trip, we finally took the time to use the gym, and I must say, the attention to detail is impeccable – plenty of water, towels and a bowl of fruit for those post-gym hunger pangs – we couldn’t have asked for more. Coming to a few points to ponder – while our room and bathroom were absolutely beautiful aesthetically, the plumbing needs a little more attention, to ensure all leaks and loose bathroom fittings are taken care of. Additionally, it would help if a swimsuit-dryer was placed in both, the men’s and ladies’ changing rooms. This would prevent guests from carrying their wet swimwear around, especially in the carpeted areas near Anjum. Nevertheless, we once again had a memorable stay at the Fairmont and are ever grateful to the staff for their excellence as a team. What an amazing place to stay. We were looked after like royals especially by Zaiba, Aashif and Badna. What an asset to the hotel they all are. The hotel is opulent with every corner you will see luxury after luxury. Will definitely come back if in Jaipur
