We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to celebrate my mother’s birthday and had a really lovely experience. There was a small issue at the beginning but the team handled it very well and made sure it didn’t affect the rest of our stay. They truly went out of their way to make our stay special for us. A big thank you to Tripti, Samra, Manali, Nitin and the entire team for their kindness and hospitality. From Mr. Nanuram and the talented singers who gave us a royal welcome to the staff at Zoya, Zarin, and Anjum, everyone made us feel very welcome. Special thanks to Sandeep, Akash, Fatema, and Saurav at Zoya for taking such good care of us during our meals. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view. The birthday cake and room decoration were a nice touch and really added to the celebration. Both the buffet dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, with a good variety and tasty food. Overall it was a memorable experience filled with thoughtful gestures and warm service. We truly appreciate the effort the team put into making my mother’s birthday special. Cant wait to be back!

A must visit experience for enjoying Asian cuisine

We had our dinner at Zarina Pan Asian and really enjoyed the experience including the service and cuisine. Head chef Surendra Yadav gave us some wonderful recommendations of dishes, and when served did justice - extremely flavorful and tasty with exquisite plating. He also gave us a try of his Thai Pomelo salad which was superb. Keshav took excellent care of us and gave us updates on the stories behind the various cocktails, green jasmine tea and dishes. Abhidan served us with a smile and their bar manager Bibhuti Ranjan was amazingly professional - it was easy to see how well he has trained his team. A must visit for a satiating wonderful experience !! 😊😊🌈👍
