The hospitality team was amazing 😍😍I enjoyed the stay and the views were just mind blowing.I would love to come back more often. Viewing the wild animals everyday from your balcony was the best experience ever. I would definitely recommend others

Kudos to excellent customer service. In specific Diana Muriithi who checked in consistently to make sure the stay was great i& Paul Mugo for the quick turn around from house keeping. Also special kudos to Kanana Kirima & Catherine Wanene who helped facilitate this reservation seamlessly

My wife and I were to check in on Thursday afternoon, but due to a flight delay getting into NBO, we ended up leaving quite late. Sharon was so kind to liaise with the chef to ensure we had dinner. The whole stay was amazing and the team made this possible.

First time in Africa, I never expected to find such a beautiful hotel here; it’s completely different from what I imagined. The moment I entered the hotel, I was stunned by the breathtaking scenery, and all the staff were so warm and welcoming. I wish I could stay in this beautiful place forever. I chose one of the hotel’s activities, and having a guide along with two armed guards showing me the local flora and fauna was definitely a unique experience.
