Excellent staff and food A place to relax Will definitely come back whenever in Cairo Super highly recommended Mahmood and Rehma were superb and served us well. Food is outstanding with big portions and taste.

We had the most amazing experience at this great hotel. My wife and I had 4 nights as a brief city break visiting the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. We were booked on Fairmont Gold and the whole experience from the minute we checked in to the minute we left was outstanding. The lounge provides the most incredible breakfast, afternoon tea and evening food. All the staff in the lounge were superb but I particularly want to thank Amer, Irish and Marycris for their outstanding service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.
