Our stay at Raffles exceeded all our expectations. It was simply perfect. Every person on the property was fully committed to give us the best experience, and with a smile and good vibes, showing how much they enjoy what they do. We got the feeling that everything is possible and could fully enjoy our time all day long. And the food… wow! I usually don’t compare hotels to restaurants. There are hotels with great food compared to other hotels, but here it was at the level of good chef restaurants. It filled the whole vacation with a great culinary experience, waiting for our next meal. Chef Frank, you are the best. I can keep on going- the rooms were amazing and maintained at the highest level. Travelling around the hill side resort with the buggies was easy and fun, thanks to the super friendly drivers (Ricky and the team!). The kids club keeping the children active with many cool activities throughout the day. Cocktails parties to the adults with drinks and finger food. Dear Steven and the Raffles team, we had the best time! Thank you for all the hard work and effort to make everything possible and our vacation to a dream ❤️

amazing resort in an absolute dream location. impeccable service and incredibly nice and kind staff. our third stay here, definitely not the last. we love this place

This was our first visit to the Seychelles, a beautiful country I highly recommend, whether for families or couples. Unfortunately, we chose the Raffles resort, but they didn't inform us that they were renovating and that most of the resort was undergoing work. The resort does need renovation as it's quite old, but the noise was excessive; you couldn't sit quietly without hearing the sound of machinery operating behind you. The children's area was particularly poor, closing at 5 PM. Also, the elderly woman in charge was unhelpful and looked tired. The plan was to fly to the resort from Mahé Airport and return by helicopter. Since there were seven of us, including luggage, they suggested we take two helicopters. During check-out, they weighed us and our luggage, and we left. Upon arrival at the airport, they informed us that two bags hadn't been sent on the second helicopter due to weight issues, even though our weights were within the allowed limits before takeoff. They told us they would send the bags immediately, but they wouldn't arrive until after our flight to Riyadh. The suggestion was that they would send them on the next day's flight directly to Riyadh. This was on November 28th. Imagine, we didn't receive our luggage until December 23rd because they handed it over without knowing its numbers. No offense intended, but overall the resort staff were very slow, and the food was so bad that for the first two days we all ate from the children's menu. However, after speaking with one of the managers, they apologized and refunded part of the booking amount, explaining that they hadn't informed us about the renovations they were carrying out at the resort. They also arranged a special dinner for us, and a Lebanese chef came to us and told us he would be in charge of the food and that he understood why we hadn't liked the food before. I highly recommend visiting the Seychelles. It's a beautiful and wonderful country, full of activities and stunning beaches like Lazio Beach. I also recommend book with Captain Jurgen; the trip with him was absolutely fantastic. His number is +248 2 711 689 Everything was indeed wonderful, but the disruption caused by the renovations was the biggest drawback.

Great experience! We went for the seafood buffet, and it was absolutely perfect. Compared to what we ate during our four-day stay in Praslin, it felt like going from 0 to 100 at Raffles. Special thanks to Nader and Apratim their service was amazing!

Lobster on the beach

We had an enchanting lunch of champagne and lobster on the beach, while being serenaded by an amazing musician. The food, prepared by Chef Frank (and staff) was wonderful. The service was second to none.
