Had a wonderful stay at Raffles Makati — everything from the rooms to the service was exceptional and truly lived up to the Raffles standard. What really stood out was the experience at Writers Bar. The ambiance is lovely, but the team there makes all the difference. Cyril, Kim, and Ayssa were fantastic — warm, attentive, and very welcoming. A special mention to Cyril, who was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to ensure every visit was enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend all Raffles Makati guests to spend time at Writers Bar. It genuinely adds something special to the overall stay

Decided to celebrate our anniversary with a staycation since with our schedules that was all we could do. Chose the Raffles Hotel because we wanted to have a special stay, it is after all our 35th wedding anniversary. The hotel and its staff ( Mark, Mara , Uno and Gail) made sure it was indeed a seamless and enjoyable stay. The afternoon tea was most enjoyable as we could relax and take our time. We didn’t get to enjoy the cocktails to the full because we had dinner plans however we did get to have one drink . Would definitely do this again , hopefully this year again. Cheers to the Raffles Hotel team for not only having a beautiful and elegant hotel but also well trained and friendly staff. Well done.

This was our 4th stay at Raffles Makati and we stay there every time we stay in Manila. The staff and service are great. The hotel occupies the 9th and 10th floors of a Marriott Hotel and has its own lobby, restaurant and pool. The rooftop Mistral bar/restaurant is great at sundown.

I love Raffles Hotel and We will be back soon!

Staycation is my favorite way to bond with my family and release stress. So far, I was really amazed with the excellent and personalized butler service! All our needs and requests were provided real quick! Big thanks to Butlers Uno and Eva for taking care of us. You both are highly commendable 😊 The room was very well lighted, classy, and very neat! It was such a fantastic 3 days and 2 nights stay at Raffles! The vibe and great food at Mireo was unforgettable 😊 Thanks for the amazing, quality, consistent, and seamless service I have never experienced in the other 5 star hotels.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! I love how every one of their staff is very friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the dining areas and room service—thanks to Leanne and Isah truly made our stay a memorable experience. And of course, the hotel itself is very luxurious and I couldn’t ask for a better view of the Makati Skyline. We had the best staycation and we’ll definitely plan our family trip here again.
