Our was large and had everything you could wish for. The hotel service levels are pretty spectacular. The Long Bar is fun and serves a fantastic Martini. The only thing that lets the hotel down in my opinion is the food. Just not quite up to the highest standards. Hence the 4 star rating.

Long Bar offers a truly exceptional experience. The cocktail selection is superb, thoughtfully curated, and expertly crafted. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly accommodating. Special commendation to Eunica, Don, Carlo, and Banjo for their impeccable recommendations of both food and cocktails. Their outstanding service elevated the evening and made the experience thoroughly memorable.

Raffles Makati is a very impressive hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are all very professional and welcoming. I’d particularly like to thank our butler, JP, who was friendly and dealt with any requests promptly. The concierge was also extremely helpful, particularly Gilbert. Finally, thanks to Aby, the hotels driver, who was very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about Manila.

We had our New Year's staycation at Raffles Makati and it is still our favorite luxury hotel in the country. We were upgraded to a Legacy Suite with a connecting room to an Artist's Suite so it was the perfect setup for our family. The butlers of Raffles Makati are always at their best so whenever we needed anything it was just a quick call or message on their Whatsapp account. Butler Isah was very helpful and even gave us a tour of our big room when we first arrived. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails are included in the room as usual so we had snacks and refreshments almost all day long.

I have never experienced this level of service at any hotel before. Every staff member at Raffles Makati never says “no.” The staff at the Club Lounge also engaged my children in warm and delightful conversations, and in particular, I will always remember the kind smile of my assistant/butler Eva. Mark and Gail at the front desk consistently gave us more than we ever expected whenever we spoke with them. I initially thought of Raffles simply as a hotel with beautiful interior design, but after staying there, what truly stayed with me was the memory of the people. It takes a four-hour flight from our home to get there, but if time and opportunity allow, I would love to return to Raffles again—sitting at the Long Bar with a Singapore Sling in hand, reminiscing about our previous stay.
