本来冲着百年奢华酒店的口碑入住,体验感直接跌到谷底,洗护用品的问题真的让人细思极恐! 房间里配备的是独立小瓶装沐浴露(因为酒店花洒老化有问题,使用花洒的同时,顶喷的也是有喷下来,我的前额头发和面部全湿了,没第一时间发现沐浴露不对劲)擦干脸后挤第二次才液体里混有不明杂质,洗完之后皮肤出现明显灼热、刺痛感,当场就觉得不对劲。 再仔细看瓶身标签,印刷粗糙、样式怪异,和正品差别很大。叫客房服务生送来一瓶新的,发现新送的标签不一样,而且新的挤出来是清透的。对方解释只是新旧包装不同。我当场提出想看所谓的旧款包装实物,结果工作人员支支吾吾,根本拿不出来。 后续找来客服经理沟通,对方居然直白承认:这些小瓶是回收旧瓶重新灌装的!标签存在两种打印版本,当我要求拿出足够多两种版本的标签时,被告知拿不出来。要求告诉我沐浴露里面白色絮状物质是什么,这位Ms Wang告诉我酒店的检测员会检测每一瓶送进客房的备品,肯定不存在质量问题。那我就要求酒店出局证实文件,以便后续有问题找他们。但是始终不正面回复。当我明确告知我录像了,保留了他们所有对话,吓得再来不敢来房间正面解决,只打电话重复可以带我去医院,下次再来免费升级。毫无诚意,谎话连篇!两个多小时,我要求见值班经理,至始至终见到的三个人,没有一个是经理。敷衍,无所谓的态度,让人心寒。不值得我再次入住。我也一定会告知大家避雷! 先拿包装问题敷衍,被拆穿后才坦白回收再灌装,完全无视卫生安全!回收容器本身就存在卫生隐患,灌装的洗护品成分不明,使用后皮肤出现灼烧不适,这已经不是品质问题,是拿客人健康开玩笑。 近年来为了节约成本以及环保,很多高端酒店使用大瓶壁挂洗护,用完再罐装,结果莱佛士连小瓶旅行装还要回收旧瓶二次灌装,流程不规范、卫生无保障,实在愧对莱佛士的名号。

法式复古风的酒店,房间虽然不大,但干净卫生,设计合理。服务人员专业、细致、热情、温暖。如果餐食种类能再多些可选性就更好了。
