Dear Mr. Tan, Warm greetings from Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh. Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your recent stay with us. While I am pleased to hear that you found the room beautiful and enjoyed a restful night’s sleep, I am truly sorry to learn that several aspects of your experience fell short of the high standards we are known for and strive to uphold. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the lack of welcome upon your arrival, and the lapses in attentiveness and communication you encountered throughout your stay — from our restaurant and butler service to the delivery and presentation of in-room dining. These are not reflective of the gracious hospitality we aim to deliver at every touchpoint, and I regret the impression this has left. Thank you also for the time you took to share those feedbacks with our Executive Assistant Manager over your stay. Your comments regarding the chipped glassware, the absence of guidance on breakfast, and the disappointing approach from our pool staff have been shared directly with the relevant department heads for immediate review.
