这应该是我第五次入住金边索菲特酒店，对比前几次，这次不太满意，主要有两点问题：1.两个木床头布满了灰尘，我用湿纸巾擦拭后纸巾都是黑色的，很明显要么就是很久没人住，要么就是长期更换床单后灰尘落在木框上没有清理过。2.洗手台上的纸巾盒里面剩余一张纸，这也是失误，虽然我请服务员送了，但是这不应该是五星级酒店出现的过失。
