The hotel was lovely. Felt like a resort. Staff was all charming. Breakfast from menu, more western than I like in Southeast Asia. Free Tuktuk to restaurants (no pickup). Beautiful pool. Good gym.

Enjoyable, relaxing stay

Our latest visit to this hotel confirmed our view that it has the kindest Cambodian staff, who did everything to make our visit memorable. Our only disappointment was that the breakfast buffet has been replaced by table service, not quite the same as making your own choices. There seem to have been a number of staff changes too in the dining room and senior management are not as visible as they were previously. We enjoyed our sight seeing trip in the new Raffles tuk tuk as well as the amenities of the pool area - special thanks to Sokleap Kong for her attentiveness. Thank you for another enjoyable stay.

Truly historical hotel in Phnom Penh with French colonial style and architecture

I did not stay here but had business lunch at the hotel. Really admired the services and the colonial style of the hotel which brings back nostalgia of the Indochina history. The foods were very delicious and great atmosphere for the business meeting. I love every corner of the hotel. Last but not least, I wish the hotel could add the New York Times newspaper to its PressReader’s app just like the Rosewood. I will come back to stay here.

Excellent Staff and Beautiful Heritage Colonial Hotel

We had a lovely stay at Raffles during the New Year. The reception staff were friendly, Chary was very welcoming and hospitable, always attentive and always there to assist us with a smile. Thank you as well for the thoughtful gestures for the children. Breakfast was fine in terms of food but the service experience could be better. The waiting time was longer than expected, and the service felt less personal than the luxury standard we anticipated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel features wonderful swimming pools and a jacuzzi, and the property itself is beautiful and charming, showcasing local heritage and culture through its well-maintained colonial architecture.

Stayed for a few days at the Raffles and couldn't have been more pleased with the choice. The hotel and grounds are splendid. The room was large, bed was comfortable and for the services and amenities, price was quite reasonable. Location is ideal, close enough to walk to river and tourist attractions yet far enough from the city congestion. I travel quite alot and this is one of the best hotel choices I've made. Will stay again when I return to Phnom Penh.
