We celebrate my wife’s birthday at Le Royal Restaurant and had a wonderful experience. Table decoration and beautiful view made the evening special, and the dinner was truly romantic. Service was excellent, thank you to Pisey for her attentive care, and compliments to the chef for the delicious food. Shout out to Tin for his assistance with the steaks. We truly appreciate the team for making this celebration memorable. Cool

Excellent food, atmosphere and pianist. My hostess, Pisey was wonderful. Lobster mai course was excellent and my personal butler Henry was so helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel , exquisite decor, very attentive staff and all round first class experience

A Classy Joint full of history

Everything you would expect from a name like Raffles. Beautiful place, fabulous food and atmosphere, we loved the Elephant Bar and the staff were excellent. Great location in the city and a nice gift shop for last minute items.

A colonial oasis in the heart of the city

Raffles Le Royal definitely deserves its 5 star rating. The hotel is excellently located in the vibrant city centre but equally feels like a calm oasis from the minute you step through the doors. The bedrooms are beautifully designed and are serviced twice per day. A definite highlight is the swimming pool area, which includes 2 large swimming pools and drinks & food can be ordered from your sun lounger. The spa, although relatively small in size, has a lovely thermal suite & gym and has an excellent range of spa treatments to choose from. Breakfast was delicious and the cocktails in the Elephant Bar were expertly crafted. All staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. A great first visit to Phnom Penh!
