L’établissement est d’un luxe raffiné, avec des chambres spacieuses, confortables et parfaitement équipées. Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement exceptionnel, tant par la qualité que par la variété proposée. Le restaurant khmer offre une cuisine gastronomique de très haut niveau, une véritable découverte pour les papilles. L’Elephant Bar, quant à lui, est un lieu intime et paisible, idéal pour savourer d’excellents cocktails dans une ambiance feutrée. Mais ce qui fait réellement la différence, c’est le personnel : d’une gentillesse, d’une disponibilité et d’une efficacité rares. Chaque attention, chaque sourire a contribué à rendre notre séjour unique. Grâce à eux, ce moment restera gravé dans notre mémoire. Ayant eu le privilège de séjourner au Raffles, je me dois de partager mon coup de cœur absolu : l'Elephant Bar. Dès l'instant où l'on franchit le seuil, l'atmosphère est envoûtante. On y retrouve l'élégance de la « grande époque », avec cette ambiance feutrée et sophistiquée qui nous transporte. C'est l'endroit parfait pour se détendre après une journée à explorer les temples. L'accueil est à la hauteur de la réputation de l'établissement : chaleureux et impeccable. Le service est discret mais toujours attentif, ce qui contribue grandement à l'expérience. Mais ce qui fait de l'Elephant Bar une adresse légendaire, c'est sans conteste la qualité de ses coktails mais surtout de ses martinis
