Rooms were spacious but the milkglass between toilet and room was not good. Beautiful city view. Service was friendly. Breakfast was ok, but would been better if warm dishes would been warmer.

Beautiful rooms!

We booked a beautiful suite for two nights, and the room was both cozy and very functional. The only small improvement would be the option to adjust the lighting to different settings, instead of simply having lights on or off. The spa and sauna area was great as well. The dry sauna could benefit from the option to add some steam, but the view from the sauna was a really nice touch! Breakfast was delicious, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay.

An exceptional stay!

We were upgraded to a room with a view which was gorgeous. Amazingly confortable bed. A great shower and a bath which was a joy to soak in after a day of sightseeing. Horisont bar on the 30th floor did amazing cocktails and was good for casual dining. Swimming pool and sauna was great too. A most relaxing stay. Thank you to all!

My second stay and still impressed

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I recommend asking for a room away from the elevators, as they can be quite noisy. The rooms are very nice and spacious, with great views over the city — especially on the higher floors, of course. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff are really friendly. The hotel’s location is very central, making it a great choice for both business trips and holidays in Tallinn.

Stay at Swissotel does not disappoint !

We travelled to Estonia mid September and have always been staying with them for the last 15 years . We booked a harbour view premium room . Initially they assigned us a smaller room with not such a great view which was quite surprising but upon our complaints , they agreed to shift us to a larger better view room ( which should have been assigned earlier ) since we were staying for 5 nights . Room was spacious with good amenities . Their entrance bar area is good enough to be used during the day to cater to tea / coffee / snacks services . Breakfast was sumptuous and used to be the highlight of our day . But in the evening , dining options in the hotel are very limited . Bar closes at 9 for any service and topmost restaurant serves very limited food option . There is a crying need for a proper restaurant in the property to serve lunch and dinner . The hotel is about 15-20 minutes walk from the old town which is a pleasure to cover in the right weather . Though in September it was windy and raining . Not many dining options around if not going to old town . All in all , the stay was comfortable except for the food part in the evenings
