ここ数回宿泊する部屋が 角部屋 ばかりの様な印象。 部屋の間取り=動線 が 良い とは 言い難い。 部屋内は 真っすぐで 広く 動線の良い部屋をお願いしたい。

フロントの方の対応が良かった。 団体のチェックインが行われており、時間がかかりそうな雰囲気でしたが、別の方が対応戴きました。

部屋はきれいで、場所も便利。朝食も選択範囲が広くおいしいので気に入っています。今まではこんなことなかったのに今回残念だったのは、チェックアウト時にたくさんのチェックアウト客が待っていたにもかかわらず、フロントの係りの方は一人で、チェックアウトに時間がかかったこと。他に応援があれば、時間のロスなく、係の人もあせることがなくいったのにと感じました。

清掃担当の人は気持ちいい挨拶をしてくれて良かったが、今問題になっている清掃が気になりマグカップを使う気にならなかった。 日本語で対応出来る人がいなかったので残念です。

広い部屋で大変気持ちよく宿泊できました。朝食後に部屋に戻った時、カードでドアが開かなかった。ドアがちゃんと閉まっていなかったのが原因だったが、開けることもできなかった。ドアがちゃんと閉まるように調整をお願いします。
