Great hotel with amazing service

Great location, close to several restaurants and parks. Simona E checked us in with a nice smile and great service, and upgraded us to a higher floor with amazing views! Thank you, Simona! The room was clean, comfortable, and had good wifi. I was able to work remotely while drinking the complimentary coffee. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated, with a fun, warm atmosphere. Overall, great value, and I would stay here again.

Quiet Location near Everything

The hotel is close to all the great city attractions and yet just far enough away to be separated from the noise. Walk to Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue shopping, parks, museums, the beach or take a taxi, it’s all close by. Bed was very comfortable, the safe and mini fridge were useful but the view was the best. Love the large windows that look out over the city and River. And the room was super quiet. I don’t usually sleep well in hotels due to noise from the hall but this room was well insulated from exterior noise. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent service and making sure our accommodations were all taken care of. Called to the front desk for extra towels and asked for a late check out and Kia made sure that was taken care of no problem.

The staff was wonderful at Swissotel. Shout out to Kia and Mohammad at the concierge desk. The check in was seamless and the hotel helped us out with a delayed canceled and delayed flight situation. A great stay - this will be the go to spot in Chicago when in town.
