Stayed here with my husband and we honestly loved everything about it. From the rooms to the location of the hotel but we wanted to give a special thank you to Lakeesha, she made us feel like we was at home. She was amazing, we loved when we seen her.

I booked my stay at the Swissôtel Chicago on December 31st for New Year’s Eve because I really wanted to see the fireworks over the Chicago River — and Rocky absolutely made that happen. From the moment I spoke with her, she went above and beyond to help me select the right room so I would have a clear view of the fireworks. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, worked with availability, and made sure everything was set up perfectly for my stay. Her customer service was warm, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. Because of her, my New Year’s Eve and holiday experience was extra special and memorable. Rocky is truly an excellent employee and a wonderful representative of the Swissôtel brand. She deserves recognition for the care and attention she gives to guests. Thank you again, Rocky — and thank you, Swissôtel, for such a great experience!

Can’t wait to come back!!

Swissotel made our winter trip to Chicago the best. The onsite restaurant, the breathtaking views, the location proximity to everything, the professional and courteous staff there is not one thing I would change. Mr. Hawkins was there when we first checked in and assisted our party with getting situated. He instructed his checkin counter with a smile the entire time.

Komivi, the bell hop at Swissôtel Chicago, provided exceptional service during my stay. He was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. Komivi handled our luggage efficiently, had a great attitude, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. His attention to detail and positive energy truly enhanced our experience at the hotel. Swissôtel is lucky to have him—I hope management recognizes the great job he’s doing!

Raquel the host was amazing, great personality. The location of the hotel was phenomenal as well. Had a great trip there. The city view was amazing.
