Gave me a free upgrade! Daisy and Muhammad were amazing to work with at the front desk! We were able to shop and visit a bunch of close place since the hotel we very close to every fun in the Windy City. We love the room and were grateful to have a good experience! Thank you!

From the minute we pulled up, we were treated so kindly and so well by everyone. We arrived very early (9:30 am), and since the room was available and ready, we were able to get in. What a gift, after traveling solo with my 4 yo daughter! Our room was one of the best hotel rooms Ive ever stayed in in my life. The views were incredible, room was immaculate, bed was comfortable, sheets were soft. Everything we needed, we had, and more. Staff, service, room, location, and grab and go breakfast sandwiches available at the cafe in the lobby were ALL 5 star. WE will 100% stay there if in downtown Chicago again.

Daisy checked us in and gave us such a great personalized experience!! Sge even comp us a better room with a view like no other!! The hotel was perfect for going on the river walk, enjoying some crumble cookie, and shopping around the area. The room was enormous and very clean. Wonderful pillows and very relaxing!

I had the most wonderful birthday stay at Swissôtel Chicago! From the moment I drove up, Nicole greeted me with such a pleasant energy—she was an absolute gem. She handled the valet with ease and made sure everything moved smoothly right from the start. Inside, the experience stayed just as top-tier. Daisy was amazing—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special. From the stunning city views to the comfort of the room, every moment felt intentional and elevated. I left feeling celebrated and cared for. Huge thanks to the Swissôtel team, especially Nicole and Daisy, for making my birthday unforgettable!

DAISY at the front desk reception WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! We arrived with a late check in with our two young daughters my family and I. the amazing bellman Derrick was great and immediately greeted us with snacks and waters for our two girls. once we went to check in the lady daisy was being very rude. she rushed us through our check in and didn't go over anything about the hotel amenities and I let her know it was our first stay here at the hotel. after being rushed she asked to ring up our snacks and water that the kind bellman derrick gave us. we told her that they gave it to us and she questioned us and said "he gave it to you I've never seen that before" and I said do you think I'm taking this do you want $5 for this I'm not stealing and it was very uncomfortable she then went on and said good for you and started making snarky remarks to us in front of our young girls that are age 5 and 8. daisy should not be greeting people and checking them in she is very rude. thank you derrick for going above and beyond for our girls! he definitely made us want to come back!
