Very thankful for Simona here at Swissotel for accommodating us to the experience we asked for! It’s my fiancées birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay at.

All in all, it was nice—I'd love to come back.

This is now the third time I have stayed at the Swissotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The only thing is that the air conditioning is not that easy to control if you want it a little warmer. The hotel itself is very centrally located for shopping trips, sightseeing, or restaurant visits.

Ideal location for Chicago visit . Hotel atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. Room is very nice and booking was smooth. Appreciated if one complimentary water bottle and working coffee machine and Refrigerator available.

The hotel was reasonably priced and well located, which is why I booked it. Although it was clear on the photos, that the hotel has a classic decor and doesn’t do contemporary, the room was really very dated (old furniture, lack of modern appliances). This hotel is in need of a proper upgrade and some TLC.
