Ottimo Hotel e come da titolo Ottima posizione , unico neon la pulizia delle camere non è all' altezza di un Hotel di questo genere, polvere accumulata negli angoli e ben visibile e biancheria sporca lasciata con quella pulita

We are delighted that you enjoyed the central location of our Swissotel Amsterdam, located in the historical heart of the city and surrounded by shops, museums and restaurants. However, we regret to hear that the cleanliness of your room did not meet our high standards. It is important to us that every guest finds a clean and welcoming environment, and we apologize if on this occasion we were unable to meet your expectations. We also understand the importance of the quality of the linen and the correct making of the bed for an optimal rest.
