Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. I understand your disappointment that the room did not meet your expectations in terms of brightness and view and I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would like to assure you that the satisfaction of our guests is our priority and we take all feedback very seriously. Our hotel rooms boast different views, including one of the Dam Square and the inner courtyard, and we are constantly careful to maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort. We also apologize for the unexpected issue with the bed and the bathroom door. We are also sorry for the disturbance caused by external noise, despite having soundproofed rooms with triple-glazed windows. Regarding the payment policy, it is common practice to require prepayment and a deposit for any incidentals, however we understand that this may have been perceived as an inconvenience and we will evaluate your feedback to improve the experience of our guests. We are delighted that you enjoyed the central location of our Swissotel Amsterdam, located in the historical heart of the city and surrounded by shops, museums and restaurants. However, we regret to hear that the cleanliness of your room did not meet our high standards. It is important to us that every guest finds a clean and welcoming environment, and we apologize if on this occasion we were unable to meet your expectations. We also understand the importance of the quality of the linen and the correct making of the bed for an optimal rest. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will take it as an opportunity to improve our services. We hope you had the opportunity to enjoy our proximity to the main points of interest and the amenities offered by our hotel, such as access to our exclusive ALL by Accor loyalty program and our soundproofed rooms with triple glazing, designed to ensure maximum comfort and tranquility. Dear Mrs. Moccia, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to learn that the central location of our hotel and our international breakfast have met your satisfaction. However, we regret the inconveniences encountered regarding cleanliness and the lack of towels, situations which do not reflect the standards to which we strive on a daily basis. Regarding the air conditioner and minibar not working, we are sorry for the inconvenience and would like to assure you that these incidents are exceptional. We would also like to express our regret if the service at the reception did not live up to your expectations. We are aware that every detail is fundamental to ensuring an unforgettable stay, especially considering the value we place on our personalized service and hospitality.
