Hotel centrale in area pedonale con traffico molto ridotto, camere silenziose. La posizione, proprio a fianco della piazza del Palazzo Reale, è ideale per visitare tutta la città. Si possono raggiungere le principali mete, compresa la stazione e il porto, in 15-20 minuti a piedi; occorre poco di più per arrivare alla zona dei Musei (VanGogh e RijksMuseum). Breakfast adeguato, sarebbe da migliorare un po' l'offerta dei piatti della cena al ristorante interno "Royal 98". Complessivamente è un albergo che consiglierei ad un turista che abbia a disposizione un week-end per visitare Amsterdam.

Sono stata in questo hotel per 3 giorni La posizione è davvero centrale Vicinissimo alla stazione Ferroviaria, con pochi passi si possono vedere tante cose Stanza bellissima spaziosa tutto molto pulito . Ogni giorno acqua gratuita. Personale gentilissimo Colazione buona da migliorare Avrei preferito il cappuccino fatto dal bar pagando Invece che dalle macchinette . Per il resto tutto bene

Mi dispiace fare questa recensione,solo per la gentilezza della ragazza della reception,ma non si possono pagare più di 200€ per dormire in un sotto scala stanza numero 141 , è più un deposito bagagli ,nessuna vista nessun servizio,un tugurio

L'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione. Per il resto non ci tornerei, fondamentalmente per il rapporto qualità- prezzo. Per 400 euro a notte senza colazione, non mi aspetto una camera buia, con una finestra nascosta dietro un angolo, che affaccia su un cavedio, tanto da dover tenere accesa la luce anche di giorno e non capire se fuori piove o c'è il sole; non mi aspetto di aprire il cassetto del comodino e trovarci un rifiuto degli ospiti precedenti (vedi foto); non mi aspetto un letto che cigola, nè una porta del bagno così dura da svegliare chi dorme ogni volta che vado in bagno di notte. Rumori provenienti anche dalle altre camere. Inoltre all'arrivo ci hanno fatto pagare tutto il soggiorno in anticipo e ci hanno bloccato eur 300 in più come garanzia in caso di consumi extra, restituendoceli solo al check out. Ľho trovato di pessimo gusto e immotivato.

Our hotel rooms boast different views, including one of the Dam Square and the inner courtyard, and we are constantly careful to maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort. We also apologize for the unexpected issue with the bed and the bathroom door. We are also sorry for the disturbance caused by external noise, despite having soundproofed rooms with triple-glazed windows. Regarding the payment policy, it is common practice to require prepayment and a deposit for any incidentals, however we understand that this may have been perceived as an inconvenience and we will evaluate your feedback to improve the experience of our guests.
