The service at Fairmont Monte Carlo was exceptional. I accidentally left my wallet behind and urgently needed it for my next trip. Thanks to the outstanding support from General Manager César Alcobendas, I was able to retrieve it just in time. His dedication and professionalism truly reflect the hotel's high standards. An experience that defines true hospitality—highly recommended! If you had to define the customer attention level by how they react to an urgency, this is the place to stay, definitely.

I have been staying at the hotel for the Grsnd Prix. It has been the worst experience in a hotel I have ever had. The location, facilities have all been amazing. However sleeping here is impossible. Unfortunately when you stay somewhere you expect to be able to sleep, I don’t think that is an unreasonable expectation. The pool deck plays heavy bass until 5am in the morning. It is so loud that the windows vibrate from the noise and despite wearing earplugs ( which I do not expect to in a luxury hotel) this has been the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Complaints to management over the four nights I was here were wasted as nothing was done at all to improve the situation. I can not wait to leave this place. A great weekend ruined by a terrible hotel experience.

I will never ever pay for a stay here again!

If this is a Fairmont Hotel, I am the newly elected pope. This hotel suffer the lack of almost everything I am used of from other Fairmont hotels: service, elegance and nice staff to start with. My room was dirty, full of dust and the toilet was unflushed (!) upon arrival. When I call nothing happened for 30 minutes. No excuse. No apologies. Nothing. Asking for help is unnecessary because the front desk staff doesn't care at all. They rather like talking with themselves and don't even try to act interested in you as a customer. The only reason for not setting the lowest grade on this experience was for the gentleman assisting the concierge who did his very best to cover up for the lousy management and lazy, inattentive staff.

Fairmont has a reputation for excellence. This hotel misses the mark. One bank of elevators was down for three days with no out-of-order signs. Hotels typically bar outside pool guests. Here they charge way extra for it and appear to encourage it. The pool is basically a daytime night club with a DJ, really expensive food and liquor bottle service if you rent a chaise lounge. A burger was 38 euro. (Ok 3 sliders) Hotel guests were forced to pay 220 euros to sit poolside. This hotel location is the heart of Monte Carlo. Fairmont should try harder. Common areas were outdated. Courtyard rooms looked into a dreary round... courtyard. We had a nice waterfront room. I got an extra chaise for there.

Nice business hotel near the beach. Beautiful view on the sea from my room. Walking distance from the beach and from nice restaurant. Also walking distance from the Casino and old Monaco downtown. You can enjoy a 10 minute walk to go to the harbour. Rooms were nicely decorated and recently renovated. Balcony was fantastic. The food was ok but not exceptional. Service overall slow.
