Wonderful location. Great staff. Highly recommend. If you stay there, I suggest using their shuttle service as opposed to taking your car. Everything was spot on. A mini united nations of staff.

The Fairmont crew really know how to impress. From Vancouver to Whislter you really are in for a treat. Great they allow dogs and animals (New Zealand take note!). I spent most of my time in the lobby petting dogs. lol But seriously great. Good welcome and good gold lounge. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do plus fantastic in house restaurants. Pity we didn’t stay longer

It was a wonderful stay. The rooms are well-maintained and spotless, and the hotel staff are professional and friendly. However, the pool area could use more staff, better cleanliness in certain areas, and there was a missed revenue opportunity in taking drink and food orders—but a beautiful setting and location.

I stayed here for 2 nights for a business conference. My room and the amenities were 5-star. I dined at the mallard Lounge for cocktails and snacks. It was very busy for a conference but the service was still friendly and on top of things. I also had access to another private lounge with complimentary food and beverages, which was a nice unanticipated treat. I intend to stay again this coming January for the same conference and would recommend it to others.

I was at Fairmount Château Whistler for three day conference. It is a wonderful hotel with very nice view. Room is comfortable. Staff are very friendly.
