Great location, friendly staff. The room was clean, spacious and extremely quiet. The bed was comfortable. I was surprised the quietness of the room next to the airport. Great place to stay and relax. Highly recommended when in the area. Will definitely be back.

We have No complain but also there is no wow factor because of its price. Location is great but isolated feel when it comes fo its service. Staff are okay. Reception is okay. They are normal people just doing their job. We didn't really feel special. The view is great.

Loved the room! Very spacious and extremely quiet for being at the airport. Beds were so comfy. Pool is great for kids!! Truly can't beat the convenience of being right above the terminal. The only negative thing I can say about it is the floor around the pool is so slick it's dangerous.

It started with Zach, the bellman! Curbside assistance with 6 pieces of luggage, and storing half and getting the other pieces to our room. His manners were IMPECCABLE and his assistance was invaluable. Check-in was seamless. A beautiful woman wearing hijab assisted us, and I was so happy to see that you have an extremely diverse staff. Hiring practices are EXCELLENT! We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and Beverly was our server. SHE ROCKED! Helpful and super kind. We had a lovely sleep! Next morning 6am…It ended with Joe, the bellman. Excellent service, responsive, and helped immensely with closing out our trip. Thank you for such a lovely experience. We WILL be visiting again soon!
