fantastic customer service with friendly staff and great overall experience. rooms are cleaned very thoroughly and the hotel and its grounds are absolutely stunning. couldn’t have asked for a better experience truly

Absolutely beautiful. Remote and relaxing location, would be perfect for a vacation. The rooms were incredibly detailed and the service was excellent-- always felt cared for.

Extremely poor service, especially for a pricy hotel. We had reserved a room and tried to use the price guarantee policy since another site listed the room for less. They were being extremely difficult. I had to get out a computer since they insist on the screenshot having a date, then that email was ignored for 2 days until my wife called and got them to look at it. They rejected it because I booked on January 31st but took the screenshot on February 1st (23 hours apart out of the 24 they allow), and because the external site described the room differently. They did not respond to the email follow up, and i got bounced around a couple times before being disconnected on trying to call them back. 4 days of waiting for email and 4 phone calls later, I had to cancel.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and included wonderful amenities. I appreciated the hands-on service from the moment I stepped on the property, and would highly recommend anyone visit here!
