Good experienece and one of the best hotels in Socal. But for the price we paid, I do expect more and better from it.

Buffet is great. Lots of variety. However it should have soup, crab and/or cooked fish like salmon or halibut. Maybe three to five more dessert choices. Room is good. The window for the bathroom couldn't be shutted so we have to use something to block it. I had difficulty turning on the fireplace. Tennis court is great but it should be free of charge and there should be at least two tennis courts. Glice skating event was great but there should be by default several hot beverage available at the bar due to how cold it was. We didn't know there is hot cocoa and we had to pay and use a paper cup to get the hot cocoa which is kind of a letdown. Breakfast was good at amaya especially the manager there was very friendly. Staff wasn't all good as we asked for coffee refill three times before we can get one. Now here is the worst part, the coffee was one of the worst if not the worst I have ever had. Both at Amaya and the cafe. They tasted really bad. Each was 8 dollars so it made it even worse. You should have coffee like blue bottle or Illy or similar coffee brand. Afternnon tea is great. Way better than what we had eight years ago. It is very good. Only suggestion I have is if there is a way to keep the tea warmer for longer, that would be perfect. Swimming pool is good - nice and clean but it is a bit too standard so it is a bit boring. Me and my family can here eight years ago and we like this place so we still like this place. I hope we will come back soon again. For the price we paid, I do expect more from this hotel including the suggestions I made.

Location Location Location ! The views, the service, the decor is all just stunning. Very family friendly hotel with expansive grounds to roam and let the kids run. They also have activities for kids and families to enjoy. Going around the holidays made it extra special and pretty. The housekeeping team was so thoughtful, the service at Amaya was great, the personal Concierge was very helpful, and the team who helped us with booking really took care of us. Would highly recommend for those looking for beautiful event space, this is such a unique and special place.

Go on 20+ trips a year and stay at 5 star hotels. I have never been to a place that tried to rip you off harder than this place. Every single thing is so over priced it is actually unjustifiable. It's not even that I do not have money to spend, it's just insane they charge you for things you don't even do like $70 which includes "using their putting green"

Ce resort est fantastique! nous avions deux chambres communicantes avec terrasses et vue sur un jardin pendant 8 nuits. la literie est bonne et les chambres sont spacieuses mais pas très bien isolées du couloir... l'hôtel est très bien entretenu! Piscines magnifiques chauffées, terrain de tennis, Padel et pickle ball fantastiques, la salle de sport est très bien équipée et le golf est vraiment top! Les massages au SPA sont grandioses!!! l'emplacement du resort est aussi très bien les points négatifs: dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas sous forme de buffet car la carte est assez petite et ils ont du mal à s'adapter à toute demande... l'accueil de la fille responsable des chevaux est horrible et attention, l'hôtel accueille beaucoup de séminaires avec une clientèle assez désagréable et qui fait tache dans cet hôtel...
