De Elisabeth II suite was de mooiste suite waarin we ooit verbleven. Modern, maar toch klassiek en verzorgd ingericht met kunst en verse bloemen. De butlerservice was nog beter dan in andere tophotels (o.a. Raffles Singapore) waarin we verbleven. Complimenten aan Catherine en de nieuwe vrouwelijke butler die het echt een topervaring maakten.

Super goed hotel! Personeel is top en je wordt goed geholpen. Conciërge heeft ons goed geholpen met een restaurant reserveren. Enige min punt is dat het ontzettend druk is in de lobby. Restaurant SAM is top. Lekker eten en goeie bediening. Kamers in het hotel zijn schoon en top. Heel mooi en goed hotel echt een aanrader

Fantastisch verblijf . zeer luxueus en zeer goede service van zowel receptie, restaurant en onderhoudpersoneel. Ondanks late aankomst toch zeer vriendelijke service van receptiepersoneelSpa was ook zeer goed
