Went for breakfast, perfect.... enough said. Buffet exceptional, eggs benedict cooked to order, 5 star. Bit pricey, but worth the experience. Book a table with a boardwalk view, you won't be disappointed. Lots of choice and a great atmosphere.

A charming and vibrant hotel which complements the old Quebec town experience. The location is in-matched. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The heated pool was a welcome addition (particularly to counteract the cold winter days). The gym (while small in size) had a variety of equipment to support all levels. I would definitely stay again; it’s worth treating yourself.

Over all outstanding. Bar and Sam’s maybe a little over controlled and food in Champlain was average, server not friendly at all especially based on how friendly and helpful the rest of the staff in the hotel was.

Nice rooms but the heating made a lot of noise during the night so we decided to disabled it. It was the on/off patterns that was always waking us up. The Christmas decoration were awesome in the hallway. The staff at the front desk were very efficient and friendly. The only issue is that we had to wait a very long time for our car when we left, the kids were tired. The staff tried to do their best but you should improve the process to have client leaving with a smile instead of being angry. But we had a great time overall.
