The hotel and staff were impeccable but the one employee that stood out the most that went above and beyond just the standard was the bellman, Waheed Gill. He is so professional and kind and made sure that we were taken care of everyday.

Enjoyed the signature Holiday Tea service. The atmosphere and food were both lovely and festive. The service was truly outstanding. Porfirio was our server and took excellent care of us and went above and beyond.

Beautiful hotel. Everything is lovely, well-decorated, and clean. The view is incredible, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious and healthy. Highly recommended.

Our birthday tradition of staying at The Plaza Hotel is one we cherish deeply, and year after year, the experience remains nothing short of exceptional. While the Plaza is undeniably iconic. From its breathtaking ambiance to its timeless elegance what truly sets it apart is the people. Every time we return, it feels less like checking into a hotel and more like coming home. The warmth, thoughtfulness, and genuine care shown by the staff are unparalleled. They remember us, welcome us back with open arms, and consistently make us feel like family. That sense of belonging is rare, and it’s why we continue to return again and again. I especially want to highlight Waheed Gill, who is truly a treasure. Waheed is the magic behind the scenes — the kind of person who elevates an already extraordinary experience into something unforgettable. Despite the countless guests he encounters, he always remembers us, greeting us with a warm hug and the kind of smile that instantly makes you feel seen and valued. His presence alone embodies the spirit of the Plaza: gracious, welcoming, and deeply personal. The Plaza isn’t just a hotel it’s an experience built on history, elegance, and extraordinary people.
