My family and I come here all the time and have always had an amazing experience. They were able to squeeze us in on such a busy day and the food was so great. Our server today (Shalim) was so attentive and the food was great! Definitely come for afternoon tea.

We stayed at The plaza again this month and I must say the service, hotel accomodations and decor is definitely deserving of a 5-star review. The food, dinks and dining experience at the hotel are top shelf. The servers do a lot to communicate and prior very nice courteous service. We worked with Russel (one of the guest registration managers) for the 2nd time and he alway remembers us...very kind and the highest level of customer service. It's not often is our travels to keep experiencing well trained and just down right NICE people...salute to the senior management and the culture of this grand hotel.

High Tea at The Palm Court

High Tea at The Palm Court is a must. The food and service is top tier. No detail is left out. Shalim Khan was my server. He presented me with the most hospitable experience and really made it special for me. The hotel and restaurant are gorgeous. There is so much beauty to take in. It was the perfect afternoon. Make sure to read the dress code before you go.

This was our third time. I keep trying. Next time will go to a different place. This place has gotten worse and worse. The treatment. Billing for others food on my bill. This keeps happening. People just come into the place eat and just give a room number and they never check. People trash the washrooms and they never check

Incredible experience! This is my second time and I wouldn’t choose any other location for high tea. The service, food, and tea all are incredible. Our server Shalim was exceptional and really made sure that we were well taken care of. He was so sweet to us which was appreciated.
