The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Location unbeatable. I have stayed many nights over 30 years at the Queen E. Consistently excellent service, food, and accommodations. I am particularly impressed by the the hotel's ability to retain a marvelous staff. 20, 30, and more years not uncommon. And they recognize loyal patrons by name. The garage is safe and convenient, and the train station is right there.

Amazing staff and customer service - room disappointing.

As usual - fairmont customer service and staff at Queen E were so wonderful and accommodating. The disappointing part comes down to the room itself. We upgraded to a one bedroom king suite with high expectations and although the space has been renovated and the layout was great - the cleaning did not appear to be. There were yellow stains (look like they’d been there a few months) all across the carpet in the main bedroom. Expected more from Fairmont on this front especially considering this location was just renovated a few years ago.

Beautiful hotel and the Gold Floor staff were amazing to assisting with my stay and tours. Perfect location and easy to get around to see all the sites of Montreal. The rooms on the Gold floor and the Lounge is well worth it. The food in the lounge and restaurant was very good. Enjoyed the Fairmont High-Tea on Sunday. Used the Fairmont Spa for a spa treatments.

I got the signature gold room with complementary breakfast and access to 21st floor lounge. The SPA is nothing but perfect, great and cozy pool, Jacczi and sauna. I tried full boy relaxing massage. One of the best I have in Canada. I will name the massage therapist, Mackenzie did a fantastic job asking questions and going very smoothly and professionally. The 10 floors gold signature room was spacious and had private hottub. Elegance in all details. The hotel provide valet parking at a decent price. All in all it is the true 5 stars hotel. Will sure come again

Great time during March break at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth. Went with the family! Beatiful hotel, clean, great location - near McGill, St. Catherine's Street and directily connected to the underground city and Eaton Centre. Concierge recommended two great restaurants - one in Old Montreal and one in downtown Montreal. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The only recommendation I have is to have more options for the acceessible rooms with regard to bed sizes. We only could stay in a room with two double beds and we all found them too small. It would be nice to have a 'one queen and one double option or a kids pull out couch and a queen or king.' Other than that, loved the hotel.
