Everything was like a dream, it could not have been a better time in Maui at a better resort, but to top it off, my daughter left her laptop in the room after we got on our flight to leave. You all found the laptop and sent it back to my residence. I cannot tell you that this is beyond good service, it made a bad situation into a simple request. I thank you with all my heart and will be staying at a Fairmont whenever possible.

Loved this resort. The staff was amazing and everybody was so nice. We would definitely come again. Food was delicious. The pool was so relaxing. I could’ve spent more than one day by it. The beach was extremely clean loved all the amenities that surrounded the hotel.

Our vacation stay here at the Fairmont was excellent. Customer service is top-notch and everybody is so gracious and helpful. This was our first vacation as a family and I have to say it was the best thing we could have ever done. We would come back here again and again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Absolute perfection and quiet was amazing for a family with older teenagers.

Our stay was unexpected to be as great as it was. We booked through Delta Vacations and were thrilled with the accommodations that the Fairmont did for our family during this 6-day visit to Maui. The Fairmont is the place to stay in Maui right now. It has renovated rooms and is surrounded by amazing grounds and other hotels. The only other place we have stayed in Maui was near Kaanapali, and if you are looking for that kind of experience with a much smaller and quieter crowd, then this area of Wailea is the place for you and your family. It was about a 40-minute drive to visit Whalers Village from this area, and one day of that was more than sufficient. The local shopping was fantastic as well, and in the small mall, a good place for lunch and drinks is the Pint and Cork, which has excellent food and is as close to a hometown feel of a bar as one could get in Hawaii. If there was any downside, it is the fact that they are still renovating rooms, and much of the new and old furniture is located in a portion of the covered parking garage. Other than this you would never know that they are renovating rooms at the moment, it was only an issue with self-parking, making the indoor section of the garage a premium. We can not wait to go back to the Fairmont again!!

The photographer was Incredibly professional and patient with our five children. Made it fun, easy, stress-free, and captured memories of a lifetime. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Maui!!! If I could give more, stars I would. Aloha!
