풍경과 위치는 더할나위없고 스케이팅 경험은 최고였다. 직원들은 모두 친절했지만 호텔 방문전 이메일로 주고받았던 내용(나눠져있는 예약 건, 호텔 크레딧 제공 등)에 대한 인계가 되어있지않아 하나하나 메일내용을 다시 보여주고 확인해야해서 좀 번거로움이있었다. 그리고 룸의 티백(tea)이 매일 새로 채워져있지않았다. BASIN 가는길을 찾기가 너무어려웠다.(그냥 입구가 상점같아 지나치기쉬움) 그래도 직접 데려다줬던 수영장 직원에 감동받았고 감사를 표한다. 그리고 BASIN 가격이 너무 비싸다. 이용객수를 줄여서 유지할 목적이라고 해도 어찌피 투숙객 전용이고 예약까지 받으면서 조금은 더 가격이 낮아도 좋을것같다. 그리고 룸에서 보는 뷰가 너무너무 멋진데 방충망이라니..? 방충망 너무 싼 호텔같고 충격이었다. 그냥 여느 고급호텔들 처럼 창문을 못 열게 해놓으면 될텐데.. 그리고 룸청소 해달라는 표시걸이가 방에 구비되어있으면 좋겠다. Walliser Stube에서 응대해주신 할아버지 점원분은 너무 프로답고 멋있고 느낌있었다. 조식 식당의 모두도 밝고 친절했으며 여러 액티비티에 대한 편의사항이 잘 준비되어있고 대체적으로 만족스러운 경험이었다.

너무 멋진 풍경과 헹복한 경험을 준 장소였습니다. 아침에 무룹까지 쌓인 눈을 뚫고 올라간 전망대에서의 감동까지 무엇하나 버릴 수 없었습니다. 몸이 아픈 아내가 9년전 방문했던 장소라서 더 멋진 추억을 줬습니다. 너무 고맙고 행복한 추억이었습니다

뷰가 좋고 친절하나 서비스와 사전 설명이 부족함 일단 건조해서 코피가 나 가습기를 빌리고 싶었는데 첫번째에 거절당하고 두번째에 빌릴 수 있었다. 그 후 간단한 아침을 먹기 위해 전자레인지를 빌렸는데 갑자기 방이 정전되는 사고가 일어나 2시간 이상 객실에서 아무것도 못한채 기다리기만 했었어야 했다 직원 호출 하였지만 방문도 너무 늦고 해결도 너무 늦어서 오전 일정을 다 날려버렸다 소중한 여행시간과 일정을 날려서 기분이 안좋았다 그 후 룸크레딧 or 2인조식 택1로 보상은 해주셨지만 우리는 6인 예약이고 아침밥을 한개의 방에서 다같이 먹는 상황이라 다같이 피해를 봤지만 이 사건은 2인방에서 일어난 일이라고 2인기준으로만 보상해주셨다 대처가 아쉽다고 느껴졌다 (처음에 보상도 2인조식이라해서 우린 6명이라고 차라리 다른 보상 없나요 하고 룸크레딧으로 달라고 요청을 했어야 했다) 애초에 전자레인지와 커피포트를 같이 돌리면 안된다고 미리 이야기 해서 사건이 일어나지 않게 해주셨다면 서로 문제도 일어나지 않고 더 좋았을 것이다 5성급 호텔이 그정도의 전기로 정전 난다는건 상상도 못했다 나는 한국인이라 캐나다 여행을 언제 또 갈 수 있을지 몰라서 더 소중하고 아쉬운 시간이였다 이 시간 공백으로 인해 마차도 못타고 스키도 못타고 호수 구경도 못하고 눈에 덮여 있어 아이스링크도 못타고 너무 아쉬운 여행이였다
