The grand Castle of the Rockies lived up to its name - it is such a beautiful resort that takes you back to the opulence and grandeur of yesteryear. While there, we took the 'Bucket List' tour, with Scott as our guide. He was a wealth of knowledge about the area, the geography, the animals, the weather, and answered all our many questions while sharing his own experiences (including surviving an avalanche). He was truly the best guide I've ever had!

We went for my mother’s birthday and it’s probably the only time I’ll be able to stay here so we took advantage of it. It’s very luxurious all over the resort’s public areas but I found the rooms small for the price point. The bars and restaurants are delicious but very pricey on top of an already expensive hotel fare. Glad I got to experience it once

Great stay! Although the Gold Floor is undergoing renovations, we had a wonderful stay for my husband's birthday. Quentin at check-in was so helpful. What a lovely room and thank you for the birthday cake! We appreciated the extras offered as the Gold Floor lounge was not available; it was very fair. Thank you as well to the good-natured and super helpful staff outside, upon arrival and departure. We appreciated your pet-friendly assistance. Thanks again and we look forward to our next stay:)

Spent a truly incredible weekend of quiet relaxation amidst the beauty, history and ambiance of the Word Famous Banff Fairmont Castle. From impeccably manicured grounds, through the awe inspiring architecture and history of the Grande Dame, through to the exceptional service and assistance, every part of our weekend was made as relaxing and easy as possible. Exquisite food and service, an incredibly relaxing experience in the Fairmont Spa and a long soak in the mineral pool and hot-tubs all added to the feeling of pampered bliss.

We returned this afternoon from a private guided tour with Scott Berry of Lake Louise and the surrounding area. It was a truly awesome tour. Of course the views were stunning and the lakes and mountains magical. But the best part was Scott - an incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and engaging guide. We really loved the whole thing - thank you.
