We are confident that the final result will exceed your expectations! We also do understand that the cabin style experience of our large 100+ year old property is not something that everyone enjoys. We are sorry to hear that your travel agent did not adequately prepare you for this experience, however; we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our staff and dining options, as well as the spacious bathroom amenities.
