Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m truly sorry to hear that your visit did not reflect the level of service and hospitality you expected—or that we strive to provide. While I’m pleased your room was clean and comfortable, it’s clear that several moments throughout your stay fell short, and I deeply regret the impression this left. I’m especially disappointed to learn about the response you received when asking for aloe vera. That’s not the level of care we want any guest to experience. If you're open to sharing more, I’d be grateful to know who you spoke with so we can address it directly and use it as a coaching opportunity for our team. We also sincerely regret the disruption caused by the outdoor event, and the missed opportunity by our restaurant team to respond to an unhygienic situation properly. Your feedback has already been shared with our leadership team for review and follow-up. I understand your stay did not live up to the Fairmont standards you’ve experienced elsewhere, and that’s disappointing to hear.
