The Princess Hamilton offers an incomparable stay with stunning facilities and unparalleled service. This is our third trip to the Princess, and we highly recommend getting a room with the Gold Lounge access. Alisha, Pasqual, George, Rolly and Peter provided exceptional service. They were warm and charming and doted on our 9 month old son! The infinity pool overlooking the harbor is beautiful and the private beach club makes for the perfect family vacation. We will be back!

Loved our stay. Restaurant staff Randy, Hewa and Rahul were outstanding! Also kudos to our housekeeper Kissandra who went out of her way to make us feel welcomed! Beach Club was an unexpected surprise. The setting on the south shore was so beautiful!

The Fairmont Gold experience is exceptional. Every staff member is kind and caters to every desire. It truly feels like a very personal experience. We are return guests and they remember each member of the family. I would like to give a special shout out to Rolly, Peter, Pascod and George who all made our stay special!!

We had stayed at the Hamilton Princess Golf Resort in the past but wanted to stay in town where we could easily access shops and restaurants on foot. We booked our trip during the second week of April, a few weeks prior to the start of the season and it was the perfect time to go without fighting the crowds. We had some cool nights but the days were quite beautiful. We arrived by noon on a Sunday and were pleased to learn that a room was ready for us. We had a view of the pool and harbor on the second floor of the Bermudian House (it took us a day or two to find our way to and from our room- we were just as lost as other guests). The view was pretty but the noise from the pool area definitely made its way into our room. We dined at Hook and Anchor (great Sunday brunch!!), Intrepid (wonderful steaks and sushi), and 1609 (get the Tiger Shrimp or the Octopus oh and the homemade guacamole with grilled watermelon…incredible) Each restaurant offered quality albeit pricey (it is Bermuda) food. The staff were superb at each location. We also frequented the coffee shop at least twice per day. I enjoyed the shakes while my husband enjoyed the coffee and baked goods. We cannot say enough about the staff. They are highly trained, make you feel like you are the only guest, and offer great recommendations about food selection and what to see and do on the island. Of note, Fernandes (Iedwin), Jessa, Alyssa and Lay were all outstanding. We can only imagine how busy the resort is during high time, if you can visit in the shoulder season we would highly recommended. We would definitely return, it was a truly relaxing visit in a beautiful environment.

1st the staff around the hotel are great …. But the check in staff and front manger treated us like we should just leave. We got there and they could not find one of our rooms. That would have not been small issue but 35 min standing at the check in counter and them just blaming American Express – who they were on phone with using my phone and they confirmed check out on Friday. I was visiting a client on Thursday they knocked on the door and told my girlfriend to pack up it time to leave. She went down to the front desk 35 min later. She called me and the people I was meeting with called the GM they knew him, and only then did she get the key to get back in the room if that is what customer service is I’m in the wrong industry. The hotel did call me a few days later and just blamed it on myself and Amex. Things happen take responsibility.
