Had dinner at Intrepid for my wife’s 50th birthday. Atmosphere was just her style, food was great, and service was impeccable. Our server, Ean, was fantastic. The restaurant did a lot of little things for the birthday that added up to a lot. Can’t wait to dine there again.

Djoana was our waitress and she provided awesome service for us!!! The food and drinks came very promptly and she gave us great advice on menu options. We enjoyed talking with her. The evening was really excellent. We will certainly be back!!

We had significant issues during check-in, which took over an hour. Booking through Expedia seemed to be a “no man’s land” situation with the hotel. Both the hotel and Expedia repeatedly passed the blame back and forth over a room upgrade dispute, leaving us to resolve it by paying extra ($1000s!). This treatment felt dismissive and lacked any form of guest recovery (e.g., discounts or vouchers). After a long journey, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t return due to the poor customer service and upselling tactics.

My family of four (children aged 14 and 12) spent Christmas and New Year for the second time at the Hamilton Princess and it was as magical as the first time in 2022. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holiday season, including life-sized Gingerbread House and Moon Gate - bravo to the pastry chefs. The hotel offers beautiful rooms with a turn-down service, a fully equipped gym and spa treatments. There is an abundance of artwork on display throughout the hotel offering something for everyone from children to Star Wars enthusiasts and art lovers in between. We stayed in a fabulous suite overlooking the harbour, which was absolutely stunning and we felt very spoilt. The location of the Hamilton Princess is excellent as it’s a short walk into the town centre, supermarket and the ferry terminal. The hotel’s Jitney shuttle bus takes you to the dreamy beach club, which is an oasis of beauty and tranquillity. The Christmas Day and New Years Day brunches from the Crown & Anchor were outstanding. Displayed beautifully, the food was delicious and very decadent. We were particularly delighted to be eating oysters and sushi on Christmas Day before tucking into traditional turkey and all the trimmings. All the staff were wonderful, in particular Arezki who kept us fed and hydrated by the pool and was a delight to chat to and a real credit to the hotel - we even managed to learn some Arabic, which was a bonus! Eduardo and Jane from the Crown & Anchor offered wonderful hospitality and were very attentive. Shanika is a fabulous host who greeted us warmly every morning to breakfast. The Bell staff were also very welcoming. Before our arrival, Vijay was very helpful and made the effort to introduce himself to us while we were staying which we found very thoughtful. Bermuda is a special country and the Hamilton Princess is a special place to stay - hope to see you all again soon.

Rebecca was a phenomenalllllll server!!! Very pleasant to speak to and interact with. If you are looking for a great experience ask for her.😉 HP should give her a raise. She sets the standard for the entire establishment! Shout out to her keep it up!
