From stepping on property to saying goodbye my experience was so warm and positive. 10/10 service and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was. We are at every single outlet and although I can’t remember all the names of the people who helped me I want to give a special shoutout to Omar and Annaliza. They made our group feel special and took such good care of us. Some of our favorite memories were made because of them. Thank you to everyone who helped make our trip a memorable one.

We recently visited the Hamilton Princess Beach Club at Sinky Bay on a crowded day. After being directed to empty seats, we setup on three chairs with 4 adults and 3 young children, near the pirate ship playground. A woman wondered over claiming we had stolen her seats, then sat on them and refused to leave. We believe she had been drinking alcohol. Despite our soft prompting she refused to leave and became quite rude. It was embarrassing . We asked the Beach Club Manager to help us , and he did! Christopher came over and with as little drama as possible, removed the woman and assuaged her plight, allowing everyone to enjoy the remainder of their beach day. What could have been a disaster was very professionally handled and I wanted to commend Christopher and his staff for their management. Thank you!

Intrepid Restaurant

Food was amazing at intrepid. Our waiter was Obrian....very friendly and attentative. He told us the history of the restaurant and made recommendations regarding the menu. Steaks and crab cake were A++. We would certainly return. This was our favourite restaurant during our stay in Bermuda.

One of my best stays anywhere.

Everything was great here. Service was one of one. Everyone treated my daughter and I like royalty. Vitoria our concierge was great helping with reservations. The staff, Peter, Pascal, George, Reid and Rolh, in the lounge were all so great and attentive. At the the intrepid restaurant on site Ean and Iona provided excellent service and catered to all of our needs and the food was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and will definitely be returning in the future.

Family Vacation

Our family of four had our 3rd wonderful trip to this hotel earlier this month. We've loved every minute of our trips to The Princess. The pool and beach club are great for our two young boys as is the Prince and Princess club. The staff is absolutely wonderful and welcoming and I want want to thank Chondo, Mark, Hewa, Randy, Rahul (and many others). We can't wait to go back and appreciate so much the wonderful hospitality of this hotel.
