Paint Chirping in the bathroom. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me check my bag. Valets acted entirely unprofessionally. I saw employees getting into a shouting match. I will not be returning to this hotel. Check-in was smooth. Quiet Room.

I booked two rooms for 3 nights through Traveluro website with the Fairmont Dallas for $1164 total. When I arrived they could not find the booking. The guy at the front desk said he would match the rate or contact me if there was a problem. He didn’t contact me and the hotel charged me $1018.30 per room, or $2036.60 total. The manager had zero inclination to help resolve the situation. I’ve never stay in the Fairmont again and I will make sure that every organization I work with will also not use the Fairmont brand.

We had an extremely long check-in. Yes, we were a conference, but they knew we were coming and had 2 people on the front desk to help 500 guests. There was almost no hot water pressure, I had cold showers every morning. The windows were noisy and allowed loud sounds from the street and the terrace.

Best Luxury Hotel Pick for Longhorns and Sooners

We stayed at the Fairmont Dallas for Texas v. OU Weekend for the 2nd year in a row. We LOVE it!! It's easy to catch the nearby DART to Fair Park. It's an elegant, yet festive atmosphere but we could still sleep LOL (not like at the Adolphus). We were on the Gold Floor, which has a really nice lounge for breakfast (gorgeous) and afternoon drinks. The room was everything you expect from a luxury brand but a little bit more, such as: 2 suitcase holders (instead of just one), full length mirror, wonderful fragrant soap and amenities, a really nice pen. An actual full-size tea kettle - sometimes I have to use the coffee pot to boil water for tea, and this is gross. It was so nice to have a full size kettle with a nice selection of tea. Our ice bucket was filled for us, and we received foam pillows promptly upon request. The furniture appointments are nice, too. I like the sliding table top in the bedside table. We booked immediately again for next year. Hook Em Horns!

I had the most incredible experciene with my main man Philip who assisted me arrange a proposal for my girlfriend which turned out to be epic! He and his team went the extra mile to set up just completely perfect. Highly recommend their services
