The Fairmont Royal York Toronto is a stellar experience. The staff, amenities, location and service are simply the best a guest could hope for in a hotel stay. The lobby and our hotel room were beautiful, clean and comfortable. Every staff member was kind and well informed. Definitely a 5 out of 5 star stay.

I travel to Toronto for work frequently. The Fairmont Royal York is by far my favorite place to stay. The staff and accommodations are always warm and welcoming. If you want a place to stay that provides a true connection to the city and its history, while providing top service, the Fairmont Royal York is the place for you.

We stayed at the Fairmont Royal York on the 2nd - 4th November finishing off a wounderfull holiday in Toronto with our family. We booked a gold king and when we checked in on the 18th floor the staff were very friendly and we had a lovely surprised as we were upgraded to a gold suite as we were also celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We were also asked as my Daughter and husband live in Toronto if they would like to be added to our booking as guests. They were given a room key so they could come and go as they pleased and could also join us in the Gold lounge for breakfast afternoon tea and eving canapés. Which was all included with our booking. The lounge was very comfortable and quiet staff very helpful and made us feel at home. We also have a very clean room and had a lovely bottle of bubbly land card eft by all the staff. This was a truly an amazing experience and a wounderfull end to our amazing trip to Toronto.

This was my 1st time stay here. I wont trust the reception staff ever. I was told I was given a luxury update to my stay with a room on 1st floor. I did confirm if there is a decent view. I was told i have a great view. Upon opening the curtain i was overlooking a huge open building roof and zero good view. The value for money is too less.

Thank you and all the staff at Fairmont Toronto for a very enjoyable couple of days with you. It was a flying visit to Toronto for us from here in the UK but Very enjoyable! The atmosphere in the hotel is perfect and every member of staff we had the pleasure to interact with was courteous and very happy. They all presented that they enjoyed helping. Specifically if I may special thank you to Sylvia in the concierge. We had a task for her and she was amazing at finding our restaurant that we visited 5 years ago and we couldn’t remember the name of. Outstanding!
