While I’m pleased to hear that you found the room comfortable and well insulated from outside noise, I’m very sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies for the confusion with your room allocation on arrival. You are absolutely right to expect that the room type you booked is honoured without issue, and I regret the inconvenience of needing to return to reception to have this corrected. I also understand how this may have come across, and I’m sorry for any frustration or lack of transparency you experienced. Regarding pricing, I appreciate your feedback. Our rates do fluctuate based on demand and availability, however I understand how this can feel inconvenient, and we will take this into consideration when reviewing how we communicate our pricing structure to guests. I’m also sorry to hear about the room temperature, the bathroom door design, early morning noise, and the limited coffee amenities. These are all valuable points, and I will be sharing them with the relevant teams to review where improvements can be made—particularly around housekeeping noise levels and in-room provisions.
