Good location, close to restaurant area, downtown. Friendly and nice staff, very helpful helping you locate a taxi and check in. Convenient and good breakfast included. Variety of fruits and even if you don’t want the pre cooked eggs, you could order some freshly cooked. Nice and quiet rooms even being on a busy street.

This is a great hotel in Cúcuta! New hotel, good food and great service. We were there on a mission trip and the hotel is in a great location for getting around in the city. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Ibis Cucuta is a great hotel. It is clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a small bar and restaurant. The bar tender was friendly and drinks were good. There are good restaurants within walking distance.

Fantastic staff!!! Ibis' outstanding customer service is the reason I stay at that hotel when I travel to Cúcuta. The front desk team, Diana (responsible for business center) and the maintenance team are simply amazing! Superb location. Just a few meters away from nice restaurants and Cúcuta's chic fashion boutiques. Only 4 blocks away from the Ventura shopping center. I rarely ate at the hotel's restaurant, but highly recommend "Inka" (Calle 15A #3E-60), great Peruvian restaurant. Also recommend "Punto Cero" (Av. 0 #1560) if you wish to begin your day with a nice Colombian style breakfast. There is a pharmacy right across the street and a hair salon "Afranius" a few steps from the hotel, ask for David!
