Great stay with family. My child loved the themed family room and the service is outstanding. My elderly parents felt very comfortable here as well. Staffs were super helpful and responsive. Easy commute to Disney land and Pudong airport Definitely will stay again. Highly recommended!

I was quite disappointed with various aspects of this hotel. I have stayed in numerous Novtels around the world and unfortunately this was very underdone. Some issues to name a few: 1) The Bar not being constantly open as advertised 2) No Wine 3) Inconsistent room make up (Towels Not changed, room not cleaned properly, no restock of basic room staples) 4) Would be nice for at least one person at the front desk to speak some English. 5) pillows were to big and hard. Resorted to sleeping on a towel

Perfect for Disneyland!

We booked 4 nights to accommodate our 3 day visit to Shanghai Disneyland. We planned on using the Metro but actually the walk to the station was a little further than expected. However, the hotel offered free shuttle buses to Disneyland multiple times a day which were extremely convenient! We were also able to pre-book a taxi to the airport ready for our departure day, via a QR code in the room! The room overall was modern and spacious. We actually started in a standard room but the shower was broken so the hotel concierge moved us to a new room which was much bigger and we were so grateful! A big shout out to Max Mou (concierge) as he was brilliant at helping us move all of our luggage between rooms when this happened. Max Mou also helped us on another occasion with contacting the taxi company. It was challenging at times due to the language barrier but the staff were so friendly and patient which put us at ease and made us feel like valued customers! Thank you Novotel for such a lovely stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I recently had a great experience at Novotel Shanghai Clover. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus service to popular destinations like Disney, the airport, and the Bund. The property itself is beautiful, and the staff were exceptional. I want to highlight Mr. Ziqiang Wang, the bellman, who provided outstanding service. He was incredibly helpful, assisting me with my lost belongings and even calling Didi for me. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and attentive staff!

Awesome place. The hostel itself was a highlight of my visit to shanghai. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in a shared dorm room and these were cleaned daily - beds were comfortable and spacious. I don’t normally leave reviews but this place was so good I had to.
