We stayed at Mercure Hotel Kabar Aye Pagoda Road Yangon It was a beautiful Hotel the staff was very Pleasant May May Zin greeted us Htet Aung Zaw from Concierge was all Helpfull very clean Hotel and safe .Phyo (assist manager) , Ko Oo Zin, Phone Moh Moh Win , May Moe Khin and Chef (Saw Shwe Min ) , Cinderella (housekeeper)

During the stay the service was really excellent. I would like to thanks all of the staffs such as Receptionists ,the staffs from MICASA Restaurant, The staffs from Housekeeper and The Security. Specially Thanks to Ms May Moe for making me pleasant stay during Thingyan Festival. And also I would like to thanks Ms A Nyein , Mr. Kyaw Naing & Mr. Htet Aung Zaw from Reception , Mr. Ko Ko Zaw and Mr. Freddy from Restaurant, the Chefs for making delicious foods and thanks to Ms Helen for made a reservation for me . If I have chance I will stay here for every holidays.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Mercure Yangon. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the House keeping facilities, resturantand reception services. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be back

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room is comfortable, bed mattress and covers are so soft, airconditioning works, restaurant is great and most of all the staff are amazing! Special thanks to May Moe, A Nyein, Mr Kyaw at the reception, Naing (bell man) and all room cleaners for excellent service.

I got lovely stay training days during 19th to 24th march.. Housekeeping stuff Miss Zu Zu and Miss Wai Hnin hospitality is amazing. Thank you for lovely flowers it makes me refresh after long training days. I really like their sweet smiles. Thanks.
