Just came back from a short 3D2N at Mercure Langkawi and im missing it already, the location is perfect, just a short 5 min walk from Pantai Cenang beach and around 15min from Pantai Tengah Beach. It is surrounded by lots of eateries and duty free shops. The room is spacious and the balcony is really a bonus, especially having the ocean view. We could see people parasailing from our room too! The room is also very clean, lots of appreciation for our housekeeper Thapa who made sure our amenities were refilled and towels were replaced fresh. In addition, the front desk staff were really friendly and ready to answer all of the questions we had. Grateful for Dzharul, who handled both our check-in and check-out, ensuring that it was seamless and fuss-free, he made our stay really special :) Cant wait to be back next time!!

Always feel like home when staying in Mercure. They really take care of me whenever I return. Huge shout out to Murni Maas the Rooms Division Manager who always go all out to welcome me every time. The bar is the nice place to chill out and having some drinks with a lovely music

In late May '24, I decided on a week long family vacation with the first stop being Langkawi Island. Upon several recommendations I decided on the Mercure Langkawi for a 4 days 3 nights stay. Checkin registration process was straightforward and hassle-free. Since I drove my SUV in from mainland, there was ample parking space provided. I was very impressed with the rooms. The cleanliness and attention to detail was immaculate, the mini bar stocked and the bathroom very clean. (dont even get me started with the water pressure, so satisfyingly strong that it's hard to stop showering once you start). The room airconditioning made our family returns after touring the island a very welcome feeling, almost like coming back to a home away from home. Toiletries and towels were pristine and premium feeling, and I expected nothing less from a 4-star hotel. Its location within walking distance of Cenang Walk is very strategic and eased the family's evening activities, either shopping for duty free item, dinners or casual walk to view the fire show at Cenang Beach. The hotel staff were very attentive and prompt to my family's needs. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the large swimming pool and Kids Room amenities, which they thoroughly utilised whilst the adults enjoyed our complimentary welcome drinks from the pool bar. The buffet breakfast spread was acceptable. I made it a point to try out their Lobster Nasi Lemak. Wish there were more cheese choices though :) I will be back for a repeat stay here next year , with much anticipation.

Overall, the service is good. Mr. Mizan from Mercure Hotel handled our group needs very well and professionally. Thanks for his excellent customer service!!! The Hotel room is comfortable. The food is good. Somehow kuah Nasi Lemak can be improved! Keep on the good works!

Next time we will stay longer .

Loved our upgraded room on the 8th floor with an ocean view. The hotel is located across the road from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious and had a separate sitting area. The room lacked drawer space for clothes storage.
