Even the night in the hotel is expensive, the checkin is at 15pm.. when I arrived we had 2 rooms. We wait until 15pm, room not ready, they told us in 20 min, at 15:30pm still not ready. At 15:45pm they give us only one room, saying that the are fully booked. So when this room was ready the will start to clean the other room.. I work in a hotel and nothing can be used as a excuse, being prt of Accor group I expected some standards but not even that.. The worst hotel ever

I come walk in wth my friend for dinner (alacart) at restaurant RG . I order spaghetty prawn carbonara , very very superbbbbbb !! Also myfriend order the salmon poke bowl umpph very nice the taste . Very nice the food here . Thnks miezan asst mngr fnb and also syaz fr suggest this hotel . The enviroment very clean and nicely pool area bar

Love the location being in centre of every important and interesting shops and access to the beach. Easy to bring back your purchases.. small hotel, nice selection of delicacies food. Did not use the pool because too crowded as it is not that big. Will head here again. Love my room with filtered drinking water, coffee corner, huge space and working area. Very nice view of the pool. Gym is small but no one really use them while my stay of 2 days so it was adequate to bring out some sweat. Facilities are good. But accessing an electric plug from the sitting chair was baffling. Cant get around that. Will head here again definitely

The hotel is okay but the breakfast simply a shame Bad or low quality first price low cost frozen bakery products (croissants and others are simply disgusting…) I still wonder how French brand name can provide such bad food Rooms are ok but cleaning is also a shame And when complaining the housekeeping they reply sorry we simply follow procedures So however the procedure is wrong they don’t care There is a real management problem here regarding cleaning

Dear Hotel Management & ACCOR, I recently had the opportunity to visit Langkawi for the first time and chose to stay at the Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang under the Accor brand, expecting the high standards of service and quality that Accor is known for. Upon check-in, I was asked to place a deposit of 100 RM. However, during check-out, I was assisted by Mr. Andrew, who returned the deposit and provided a receipt indicating a Malaysian tourism tax charge of 20 RM per person for me and my brother, totaling 40 RM. I was surprised, as I had already paid the tourism tax when I booked the hotel. After bringing this to Mr. Andrew’s attention, he verified the information and promptly refunded the 40 RM. While I appreciate the eventual resolution, the experience raised concerns about the integrity and attentiveness to detail at your establishment. Such oversights can diminish the trust and reputation that the Accor brand has built over the years. It is not about the money, but about the commitment to honesty and excellence in service that guests expect. For future guests, I recommend verifying the tourism tax payment to avoid similar issues. Regarding the stay: • Room: Clean with a pleasant scent, though I was surprised to find that coffee and tea were not complimentary. • Pool: Outdated, but the pool bar service was excellent. Special commendation to the friendly staff member that is an Indian man (sorry bro I don’t get your name) who made a delightful Negroni. • Reception: Service quality needs significant improvement to meet Accor’s standards. Staff training and hiring practices should be reviewed to enhance guest experience. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve your services and maintain the esteemed Accor reputation. (A pic of Mr. Andrew he is wearing spectacle)
