The location is great as it is very near to the bustling area of shopping,food and other activities.Rooms are good but not very well maintained (air con not very cold,bathroom sink clogged,bed head rest full of dust).The swimming pool is great.

Stayed here for 2 nights before moving to a resort. We stayed on the third floor. The hotel location is good. Not on the beach but across from it. Right next to the Cenang mall. The mall has some food and shops and ATM’s and a money exchange. The hotel was nice. Gave us a couple welcome drinks. Has a nice pool and restaurant. The room was spacious with cold AC. Little fridge with three free beverages. Safe. Blow dryer. Bottles of soap and shampoo and other amenities. Tv worked well and had some English channels. Room had two medium sized beds pushed together which worked well. The worst part about the hotels was the room towels were totally ratty and worn. Not fluffy at all. I was satisfied with the hotel and location and would stay again.

On arrival check in was very quick and friendly. Greeted by any drinks of our choice including cocktails Room was sprayed for mosquitoes before we went in, we had lovely rooms facing the pool and the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable with all the usual toiletries etc The hotel staff are excellent and very friendly always smiling and hotel was very family oriented, the grandchildren loved the pool and any day we left they couldn’t wait to get back to play in the pool Good selection of food for breakfast to suit everyone’s taste Hotel is located across the road from the beach which had all your beach activities jet skis para gliding etc Beach gets busy in the evening for sunset and then .as sun sets you have the fire shows Beach itself was very nice and safe for swimming or cooling down The hotel offers good snacks during the day and the happy hour was great I recommend this hotel for families-couples etc Hope to return next year

We just checked into Mercure Langkawi, and to our surprise, we were warmly greeted by Dzharul and shaz at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly. Murni also worked her magic to secure four additional rooms for us at the very last minute. Overall, I’m incredibly impressed by their warmth and true Malaysian hospitality. Excellent stay! From check in through all the services everything was wonderful. Spacious room with absolutely all the amenities, very comfortable and spacious bed.
