I was so positively surprised by this hotel! We had a family room, quiet and clean. Beds were very comfy and aircon was working. There was water and tea in the room with a kettle. The bathroom was very clean and everything was working. The lady at the reception was very helpful and kind to us :-) The restaurant served delicious meals which were freshly cooked. Breakfast was a buffet to die for with a variety of dishes also cooked fresh. Coffee fantastic. Prices more than reasonable. All in all it was a really enjoyable experience and while in Warsaw I will definitely stay again!

Disappointed. Smelly.

I’m a silver member of Accor hotels and in the last two weeks I had 3 accommodations in Accor hotels (Warsaw, Munich and Viena, all times 3 rooms for my family) and this time was not comfortable, smelly, not renovated rooms, broken windows (room nr. 228), old bathrooms and no welcome drinks like everywhere for silver client. I paid more than in another Ibis hotel in Warsaw, but I can’t understand for what? I was excepting a better service according to the price. I’m disappointed. From positives, the parking was good and great location for one night stop when passing by as a transit.

We spend one night in Warsaw while in transit to east. The hotel has a good location when approaching the city from west or south late evening without the need to enter the city. The breakfast was good, room had an air conditioner and beds were comfortable.

Loud room, squeeky door, old fashioned interior and bathroom. In general nothing special, There are a lot of better options with this price in Warsaw. I wouldn't recommend or come here again. Disappointed.

choose ibis styles warszawa west due to location but it was not ibis styles standarts for sure. room and bathroom was small, I had problems to fit in the shower. it looks looks like that they transformed an old hotel to this but it's not good. other then location for me, rest was average.
