Nightmare, not good for family with 2 young children.

Not a family hotel. Booked online for 2 adults 2 kids. Expected me to get 2 rooms. I had a 6 month old so not going to get 2 rooms, so I requested a cot, Thinking that the cot was extra person to make room to 4 people. On arrival they told me room was booked for 1 adult and 2 children. And that we had to buy another room which wasn't happening as we didn't have the money to do that. Breakfast was included but then had to pay for my 7 year old breakfast on top of the price I had paid. But on booking.com this wasn't mentioned. He only ate a few things so wasn't worth paying for. Cost 10 euro to park car and we have an EV and the charging port was knocked down. Won't be staying again. We managed for 1 night but it wasn't the best of nights.

Family one night stop.

Budget hotel. The clue is in the name. The bedroom was tiny. Nowhere to put suitcase as hardly any floorspace. Has a bar. Reception is 24/7. Buffet breakfast available. Few miles outside Bruges. Lake Nextdoor and a large campsite with activities for children. Has to pay €12.50 to park the car - why ? Really annoying !! Guy at reception was helpful and friendly.

1 night was enough at this Ibis. The room is tiny, worn out and dirty. The furniture in the room is damaged and dirty. A musky smell fills the room and clearly the only cleaning that's took place is replacing the bed sheets. In the bathroom, there are dirty fingerprints on the door and toilet. The floor is damaged, and the missing grout is replaced by dirt. It was gross. The staff are friendly and check in was quick. It looks like a prison on the outside and feels like a prison in the room. Extremely overpriced, especially with parking charge.

The experience is relaxing and the place is comfortable. Very charming guy Frederick at the reception, he welcomed us even at a late hour! I really appreciated the bathroom and the big shower. The only thing that I’d improve is the size of the rooms, a triple one is quite small for 3 people…

Terrible hotel, stayed for 3 days and the room was not cleaned. You have to request towels each day. On day 3 all towels were removed from the room and not replaced. Had to ask 3 times for clean towels, the chambermaid was extremely rude. Would not recommend this hotel.
