We are pleased to know that you appreciated our new property, the surrounding natural setting, the pool area, and the comfort of your room with its forest-view balcony and bathtub. It is also encouraging to hear that you enjoyed most of the meals served at our restaurant and found our team members welcoming and attentive. At the same time, we sincerely regret that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your candid feedback regarding the bathroom layout, and we understand how the design of the toilet area may have impacted your comfort.
